In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use in combination with your Triook client account to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

A valid login is required to use the ticket system. If you do not yet have a login, contact us by phone at 1-866-352-8206 and we'll get one set up for you as soon as possible.

If you are having an issue with your service, please check http://status.triook.com/ before submitting a ticket. If the service you are having issues with is listed as "Down" on that page, we have already been notified and are working to resolve the issue.
